The Wynwood & Edgewater Aesthetic

Wynwood and Edgewater sit at opposite ends of the creative-to-refined spectrum, and that tension is exactly what makes them interesting to design for. Wynwood loft conversions ask for bold palettes, high-contrast materials, and gallery-level lighting — spaces that feel like extensions of the murals outside. Edgewater glass-wrapped condos and penthouses get filtered through Biscayne Bay light, which calls for cooler, more luminous finishes that shift throughout the day.
