Interior Design in Aventura

Aventura's identity is built around luxury—high-rise towers with sweeping Intracoastal views, the canals and custom estates of Golden Isles, and a community that has always placed a premium on polished, well-finished living. Interiors here tend toward the refined and contemporary: open floor plans that make the most of bay breezes and natural light, and a calibrated use of material and color that lets the water views do the real work.

At JAC Interiors, we bring the same full-service approach we've honed across LA and South Florida to every Aventura project—from a single-room refresh to a complete condo gut renovation.

Home Types & Scale

Aventura covers a real range of residential scales. In the high-rise towers—Turnberry Ocean Colony, Porto Vita, and the newer luxury buildings along William Lehman Causeway—space planning is everything. We design built-ins that add storage without closing up the floor plan, material palettes that photograph beautifully and hold up to South Florida humidity, and lighting schemes that make the most of natural light without competing with the view.

In Golden Isles, the waterfront estates are a different project altogether: larger rooms, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, and opportunities for custom millwork, pool-adjacent living, and the kind of layered furnishing that rewards a longer timeline.

The Aventura Aesthetic

Clients in Aventura tend to gravitate toward a warm contemporary palette—natural stone, light woods, textured linens, and a restrained approach to color that keeps the space feeling calm and intentional. Our Process

Every project starts with understanding how you actually use the space—how light moves through it across the day, where the friction points are, and what kind of atmosphere you want to come home to. From there we develop a plan that covers layout, finish selections, furnishing, and coordination with contractors and trades through to final installation.
