Just a short drive from Redondo Beach, our Venice Boho House project is a prime example of modern, breezy design tailored for a beachside setting. We collaborated with the developer and homeowner to create a custom-built home with a boho-chic modern farmhouse style that captures the essence of coastal living. By using bespoke touches like a hand-selected matte fireplace slab and one-off lighting pieces, we brought a true Southern California vibe to life. This project maximizes every inch of space with a pool, pool house, outdoor firepit, and an outdoor kitchen for entertainment, reflecting the lifestyle sought after in Redondo Beach.

Santa Monica Modern Spanish: Classic Meets Contemporary

Located nearby, the Santa Monica Modern Spanish project demonstrates our expertise in honoring a home's history while infusing it with modern elegance—a valuable approach for homes in and around Redondo Beach. We modernized the interior while preserving original period elements like the leaded pane window in the front living room and handsome Pewabic tiles around the fireplace.
