Sunnyside was a complete transformation in every sense of the word. What began as a dated structure became a vibrant, eclectic oasis through a full gut remodel that included significant structural edits and custom craftsmanship throughout. We reshaped the flow of the home to create openness and light, then layered in personality through bespoke millwork, custom furniture, and carefully curated materials. Every space was approached as an opportunity for artistry, with unexpected textures, bold yet balanced color moments, and details that feel collected rather than decorated.
