Medio is rooted in practicality elevated through craftsmanship. Located in Brentwood’s westside enclave, this remodel was executed in close collaboration with the client and contractor to ensure that every design move served both beauty and function. A chef’s kitchen anchors the home with tailored cabinetry, thoughtful storage, and clean architectural lines, while the primary bath was reimagined as a spa-inspired retreat layered in calming stone and warm finishes. Living spaces were refined to feel intimate rather than oversized, prioritizing comfort and proportion. Subtle textures and restrained detailing create depth without visual noise. The result is a home that feels quietly sophisticated and intuitively livable.
