Located North of Montana, this 1920s Spanish Revival home underwent a full gut renovation that carefully balanced preservation with reinvention. Our goal was never to erase its history, but to reinterpret it for modern living. Original architectural cues, such as arched passageways, subtle ornamentation, and the home’s soulful proportions, were respected and enhanced, while the interiors were reimagined with lighter finishes, custom cabinetry, and thoughtfully layered furnishings. We introduced a fresh palette and modern materials that breathe new life into the structure without compromising its integrity. The final design feels timeless yet current, seamlessly blending old-world charm with a crisp, contemporary sensibility that honors both the home’s past and its future.
