Frances is a design/build modern farmhouse that captures the relaxed spirit of Venice while elevating it with refined craftsmanship. We merged organic textures, like natural woods, tactile fabrics, artisanal finishes, with the clean lines of new construction to create a bespoke boho gem. The home embraces a classic Southern California indoor-outdoor lifestyle, tailored to the needs of a growing family who wanted beauty without sacrificing comfort.
