This custom made home sits atop a hill in Venice, CA affording ocean views and breezes throughout. We worked with the developer and the homeowner to create a boho chic style modern farmhouse home that really tells the unique story of the small family living there. It is loaded with bespoke touches like the hand-selected matte fireplace slab, one-off lighting statement pieces, and wall treatments and papers that truly fill this home with textures and a sense of the organic to really bring the beachy southern California vibe to life. With every inch of space accounted for, this home boasts a pool, pool house and outdoor spaces complete with a cozy firepit and outdoor kitchen that really packs a punch to knock out any entertainment experience. The pajama room is one of our favorites, for those moments when you wanna watch some tv or read but no other space in the house will do, especially when you’re just lounging in your pajamas!
