Featured Project Highlights

Venice Beach House

This Venice Beach townhouse, a study in color play, is a perfect model for Playa Del Rey homes, as it moves beyond traditional coastal clichés. We created a "grown up" look by adapting our client's favorite color palettes to create a house as unique as their personalities. The design features a double-height art gallery wall curated from their treasured art collection and a custom floating media console that doubles as a wine bar. This project shows how JAC Interiors can create a home that is both personal and polished, with seamless indoor-outdoor connections like the rooftop dining area designed for sunset cocktails.

Santa Monica Modern Spanish

Located nearby, the Santa Monica Modern Spanish project demonstrates our expertise in honoring a home's history while infusing it with modern elegance—a valuable approach for homes in and around Playa Del Rey. We modernized the interior while preserving original period elements like the leaded pane window in the front living room and handsome Pewabic tiles around the fireplace.
