Venice Boho House

This custom-built home sits atop a hill in Venice, offering ocean views and breezes throughout. We collaborated with the developer and homeowner to create a modern farmhouse with a boho-chic style that tells the unique story of the family living there. The design features numerous bespoke touches, including a hand-selected matte fireplace slab and one-off lighting pieces that bring a beachy Southern California vibe to life. The property maximizes every inch of space, with a pool, pool house, outdoor firepit, and an outdoor kitchen for entertainment, making it the perfect model for Venice interior design. View project

Venice Beach House

This Venice Beach townhouse serves as a study in color play for New York transplants working in the entertainment industry. The young professional couple wanted a "grown up" look that wasn't traditional beachy California coastal design. We adapted their favorite color palettes to create a house as unique as their personalities, featuring retro Arte wallpaper and a double-height art gallery wall curated from their treasured art collection. The custom floating media console doubles as a wine bar and measures almost 20 feet long.
