Our Mulholland Drive project is a fresh take on a traditional style home, as JAC remodeled this 1970’s home to very good effect! Combining the latest materials with clever space planning we managed to open up the great room and kitchen for a larger, more modern feel. Mixing colors and playing with light was easy in this home as we took our cues from the outdoors: one side of the house is floor to ceiling windows and the living room feels like it’s nestled in a lovely tree house, with leafy textured greens providing an enviable accent. All the bedrooms and baths were updated and remodeled. The master bath is striking with separate his and her vanities and a glass shower backed with 3-d tile and wow factor galore. Wallpapers were used in nearly every room to showcase the lively personalities of the owners. Needless to say, this was a fun project for JAC!
