There is no mistaking that JAC definitely has a thing for lighting. Basically our philosophy is, you can never have enough options when it comes to illuminating a home.
After the dust from construction has settled, the chandeliers, flush mounts and sconces are hung with care, there is a NEED for scattered lighting to properly finish a room and set the mood and function for each space. Sorting through and determining proper heights, shades, bulbs, circumferences, finishes, colors, textures, is no small task, but well worth the effort since lamps serve a mega design purpose not only to highlight and emphasize designated areas, but also for awesome visual interest and much needed punches of personality. Lamps are the “cherry on top” when it comes down to the final stages of a project.
Just like in fashion, food and travel, interior design trends change by the minute it seems, and its our job to try and keep up. A few modern trends in lighting that you should keep an eye out for are metal shades, minimalist metal, mega texture, mid century, jewel tones and simple geometric.
