Industrial Modern Design Trends

If you've been scanning Pinterest, Houzz, or any other Social Media design platforms lately you may have noticed an overwhelming industrial influence popping up out there. JAC loves an Industrial style space for it's precise blend of salvaged materials with vintage and antique furnishings. Modern and clean but still eclectic, fantastically collected and curated. The main players of this trend seem to be black steel framed windows, clean subway tile, concrete floors and counter tops, rustic raw wood finishes, exposed brick, beams and pipes and stainless steel appliances. Tailored together, it all screams sophisticated NYC loft, no loft required.

Everything we love, all in one trend; open concept, great proportions, bold fixtures and an overwhelming appreciation for the architectural bones of a space. These homes are edgy, fearless, clean lined and perfectly accented with vintage finds, all without sacrificing the modern amenities. Since industrial spaces can seem more cold and modern, infusing color into the space can add warmth and style. Bring in leather touches, pretty woven runners, plants or pops of painted metal with the seating or light fixtures.
